This figurine of  "Tribal Man Reading a Book while sleeping"  is a Dhokra Metal Casting made by the Domar Tribe of Odisha. It is a tribal art form that is an amalgamation of their culture with induced antiquity.

This is a 4000-year-old non-ferrous metal casting started at the dawn of (Mohenjadaro and Harappa) civilization and tribal people are still maintaining their legacy.

This is made by the lost wax technique and uses brass metal, clay, bee wax, cow dung, resin, and nut oil. to prepare this unique art.
