Shipping policy:
As we are a startup, we will do our best to serve you with utmost care and affection. As, if we satisfy you, it is you who will help us grow more with your beautiful words about us to others. Thanks in advance.
All orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We ensure delivery to our customer with the support of our delivery partner Shiprocket.
We do like to state that, due to unforeseen circumstances which is out of our control there may be exceptional delay. And believe us, we will make sure to avoid those circumstances as much as possible. We foresee potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems or natural calamity and also situations like covid.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: All our India bound orders are free of charge.
International shipping Rates and Estimates: We follow our shipping partner Shiprockets network and rate card for all our international shipping. Please follow the link to find out the approximate shipping charges to all our international customers with origin country as India.
Your order may be subject to import customs duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. YAMINI is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Local delivery: We operate from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. For quick local delivery you can contact us and also visit our venue for pickup your order. We even offer to deliver at your door steps free of charge. Advantage of local delivery is, we deliver fastest in this mode.
Shipping to P.O. boxes: Currently we are not shipping to P.O. boxes addresses. This is to make sure we get a confirmation of delivery of order in person.
Delivery date and time: Our shipping partner Shiprocket assures that you get periodic update on your shipping status and also estimated date of delivery and time. So be rest assured that your order is delivered with utmost care.
Check order status: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us or our shipping partner which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within intimated days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@yaministore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns, refunds and exchanges:
Our return policies are very obvious. We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
Return shipping charges to our customer is purely based on case by case basis. If the order is faulty or wrongly sent, YAMINI will take the liability to get the order picked up from your door by our shipping partner. In case we find the product is ill handled post receipt, we may ask the customer to pay the return shipping charges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@yaministore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We offer full refund when,
- we receive the item back in our warehouse in mint condition
- customer intention was well observed to be genuine while availing the return facility
- wrong item sent to the customer and customer do not want to continue with a replacement
We offer no return if none of the case satisfy above conditions.
We offer exchange of our products for free, if there has been a wrong or faulty product sent to the customer and customer is willing to take our offer for exchange. There is no compulsion for customer to bound to exchange. Other than that we do not offer any exchange.
